Bridal Entry
Canon in D Major: Pachelbel
Signing of the Register
The Flower Duet: Delibes
Bridal Exit
Bridal March: Mendelssohn
It had always been my dream to walk down the aisle to Pachelbel's Canon and the Caledonian Quartet made that dream a reality for us. They provided a fantastic service, playing as our guests entered the chapel and really set the mood for a tranquil, elegant ceremony.
The entrance and exit music was just lovely, I felt like I was gliding down the aisle. The quartet also performed four lovely hymns of our choice, even going over and above the call of duty and meeting with my sister before hand to rehearse, as she was singing On 'Eagles Wings' as a solo hymn. This extra effort meant that the song was delivered beautifully and there wasn't a dry eye in the chapel!
After the service the quartet went on to our reception venue and played for an hour, greeting our guests for the champagne reception and setting the atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better service by four professional, talented musicans.
Thank you!
